1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Provision of Services
Wooden Shutters Derbyshire provides bespoke window treatment solutions, including measurement, supply, and installation. All quotes provided are subject to a physical survey of the property and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
3. Orders and Payments
A deposit is required to initiate the manufacturing process for bespoke products. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation. We accept various payment methods, which will be detailed on your invoice.
4. Cancellations and Returns
As our products are made-to-measure and custom-crafted to your specific requirements, they cannot be returned or cancelled once the manufacturing process has begun. Please ensure all specifications are correct during the final survey.
5. Warranty and Guarantees
We provide a 5-year guarantee on all our shutter installations and a 2-year warranty on blinds, covering both the product and the workmanship. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
6. Installation
While we strive to meet all estimated installation dates, these are subject to manufacturing lead times and logistics. We will keep you informed of any significant changes to your scheduled installation date.
